Refresh ME A group which meets to bring those with ME or Chronic fatigue syndrome together into a relaxed place where you can rest, join in gentle activity, be led in a meditation or spend time talking with friends Meets every other Thursday 1.30-3.30pm Contact Teresa Whalley or Vivienne Longhurst on 01372 815626
