Besoms together, we are as one.

The Besom in Ashtead works closely with the Besom in Dorking. We exchange items, swap items to meet specific needs, and have jointly visited recipients. We had a need for double beds. Then a phone call from Dorking Besom offered us two double beds. The next day the Dorking van arrived and they helped us set up a blue Ikea double bed which matched the blue Ikea sofa and armchair delivered before. The next visit was to deliver a Dunlopillo bed, and we had great fun breaking up the old divan to take to the dump. Dorking Besom also gave us an assortment of computer equipment as they had no need for this. However, shortly after they had a referral for an 18 year student in Dorking. We were able to configure a computer system, colour printer, scanner and stereo speakers. The Ashtead Besom van delivered this together with a desk and swivel chair. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (EPHESIANS 2:10).
